If we, the public, stoled that much money, we would not see daylight ever again!! I paid my debt and possess a Satisfaction of Judgment from Forster and Garbus signed by Mark A. Garbus and notarized by Glenn S. Garbus. I'm glad to see that their legalized theft ring is a family affair. Now, they say I never paid that judgment and additional $200.00 is owed for interest for a total of over $1,400.00. I learned today, from my paycheck, that they have placed a garnishee on my paycheck for the whole amount again!! I went ballistic!! I was never notified by either letter or service. My money just disappeared without notice!! My employer says they were not notified either. I am going to file formal complaints against them with every local, state, and Federal Agency possible. I am making it my life mission to see this firm disband and it principles jailed. This is bogus...totally bogus and a definite, intentional disregard for the integrity of the bar. So to make it short they told me as I walked out that they could hold it for me since it was a floor sampla on sale...so, lets just saI walked out not knowing I had signed a contract to buy the furniture thinking it was only a contract for a credit card...funiture was never delivered because I didnt order it in the first place the credit card co,pany was charged the furniture company was paid, and now they have added another $1000.00 in interest & late fees because i refuse to pay for something i dont have!No this is effecting me in the sale of a house by putting a lean on my credit, wanting me to pay over $2500.00 to them for recieving nothing at all...What can I do, I have sent letters to the credit company and the law firm no results...Dont want them to take anymore money! I personally am still fighting a default against me in Texas, because a process server submitted a doucument stating I was servered, when I made a complaint to Andrew Cuomo office, they forward my doc to consumer affairs, and the process server admitted to not serving me...so now I am still fighting to have the default reversed. I can't get no help from the people in NY, to help. Not just servers are submitting false claims on debt, but also divorce cases also.
