I never knew or was served any court papers. The original debt was $7,000 from 2002 and I have just begun working after a long period of illness. I have been consistently told that Pressler and Pressler only speak to Lawyers and if I cant afford one too bad. I would gladly make affordable payment arrangements with my creditors but now my paychecks are 25% of my gross pay less. I wish the NJ attorney general would stop these preditors like Andrew Cuomo is in NY. By the way I also pay child support of $900+ per month so with the punishing garnishment, I barely make ends meet.
