Jessica – unfortunately, it is legal for a company collecting on their own debt to show up at your home. In most states, there is little or no protection to consumers for the collection tactics of a first-party collector, meaning someone collecting on their own debt. It is also legal for a 3rd-party collector to show up at your home, but if you ask them to Cease and Desist, they must.

the governer needs to correct the pawn shop rules they’re the real crooks! don’t take a loan out if you can’t pay it!you desever no specail treatment if you borrow you have to pay it back!!
